This trailer popped up on Viacom's website around November 2013. "The Greenhouse" (HaKhamama) was a drama produced by Nutz Productions that aired on Nick Israel. It lasted from December 2012 to February 2016 for a total of 3 seasons, with the last 1/3 of season three being promoted as "3.5". The first season aired dubbed in English on Nickelodeon UK in January 2014. It was very successful in its home country, but failed to make any impact in Europe. In January 2016, the format was announced to have been picked up by Netflix for an English language adaptation. "Greenhouse Academy" was made available for streaming on Netflix worldwide in September 2017. Twenty-four episodes were initially filmed and split into two seasons.
