Nigel Roebuck has been a Formula 1 journalist / writer for well over 40 years. In the 70s and 80s, he was the drivers go to guy. This was before press officers and PR people. If he wanted to do an interview with a driver, he just asked them. As a result of this, he has an incredible archive of, largely, unheard interviews with many of the great racing car drivers of the 70s and 80s, most of whom are no longer here. These interviews have become the basis of a short documentary series called Echoes of the Past.
